GARDEN OF THE DIVINE COW

Surabhi Kunj

ABOUT THIS SITE

Surabhi Kunj is the sacred grove associated with Surabhi, the divine wish-fulfilling cow of the spiritual world, who is said to reside in this spot within the Navadvipa dhama. In Vedic cosmology, Surabhi is the mother of all cows and one of the greatest treasures of the spiritual realm.

This garden grove carries a particularly gentle and nourishing spiritual atmosphere. Pilgrims who visit often describe a feeling of deep peace and nurturing presence — as if surrounded by a motherly divine energy that soothes and purifies the heart.

The grove is maintained as a place of quiet contemplation and gentle prayer, offering pilgrims a moment of stillness within the active pilgrimage circuit.
